Being a first time home buyer, my first concern was that I knew everything about my home, good and bad. After Anthony Garcia from EWA Inspections spent several hours inspecting my home, I can honestly say that I made the right choice choosing EWA. Anthony went over the entire house with precision, inspected over 300 items, (my home is 1585 sq ft, not real big) found several electrical safety violations, discovered a structural integrity issue, and several other problems that I will be sure to bring up with the seller. After the inspection, Anthony sat down with me for half an hour to go over his entire inspection. I have used EWA Home Inspections three times in the last several months. I have never experienced such a dedicated company in respect for my time and thoroughness in their inspections. If they make an appointment for 9:00 AM they have always been there ahead of time.
They deliver their reports the next day, with complete details of their inspection findings.
When I asked them to follow-up with a re-inspection, it was done the next day. All was in order and their detailed written report was in my hands the following day.
From doctors to roto-rooters I have never seen such prompt professional service in my last 50 years of business and always at the exact price quoted.
