Graduate Civil Engineer, Unites States Army Engineering School combat engineer, Fort Belvoir, U.S. Army Plumbing School graduate, ACI Concrete Inspector, Certified Home Inspector by A.I.I., N.A.H.I., and CREIA. Held director position by A.I.I. and certified Residential Earthquake Evaluation Inspector by A.I.I. Licensed general contractor. Approved inspector for Fred Sans Realtors and Buyer's Home Warranty. Member of ICBO, NAGC (National Association of General Contractors), WSGVAR Affiliate (West San Gabriel Valley Association of Realtors), AAR Affiliate (Arcadia Association of Realtors), and CCHI Member (California Coalition of Home Inspectors).
Home inspections approximately number to date 5,000 plus. Considered very experienced in older house inspections. Also qualified to do special inspections with experience as an expert witness.
Greg Prado
Field inspector, Partner in ownership of EWA
United States Army Engineering School Diploma from Ft. Belvoir, Virginia power generation course. Associate of applied science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering Technology. Certified ICBO Building Inspector. He is certified in record keeping and inspections per ISO-9000 engineering standards. He worked in phases of residential, commercial and industrial construction since the age of 17. He has 7 years field experience as a home/building inspector.
Lawrence Bregman

Lawrence is an ASHI Inspector who has met the rigorous requirements to be a provider of The ASHI Experience, a professional home inspection association that combines the highest technical skills with superior customer service. He is a Member of the California Real Estate Inspection Association. He is also a certified Combination Dwelling Inspector with I.C.B.O. and a certified Residential Combination Inspector with I.C.C. Lawrence has been inspecting residential and commercial properties throughout the Greater Los Angeles Area for over 8 years with EWA and has completed over 1,000 inspections.
