There are many variables taken into a consideration before we set a price for an inspection .We do this to provide the best possible service for our customers at a reasonable price. In a residential inspection the main factors to determine the inspection fees are
- Square footage of the house/condo
- Number of rooms in the house/condo
- Number of bathrooms in the house/condo
Additional information about the house/condo such as pool/spa, guest house ,raised or slab foundation also help determine the fees.
